STANDARD CONDITIONS:

For special applications OMI has two series of heavy duty filters:

  • HP – High pressure (up to 45 bar) – The strong mechanical resistance makes these filters the ideal initial protection of an high pressure compressed air system to retain impurities and they are also suitable as a post-filter for adsorption dryers
  • HT/HDT – High temperature (up to 150°C) – Sharing the same principles of mechanical resistance of HDP series, this high temperature filters can operate at 150°C inlet air, even 205°C in case of intermittent operation. They can be safely used as post-filters for heated blower adsorption dryers

ryer is the only regenerative refrigerated dryer available in the compressed air market today. It combines the subfreezing pressure dew point (PDP) of a typical regenerative desiccant dryer, with the low operating and energy costs of a refrigerated dryer, to provide an extremely low total cost of ownership. Best-in-class total cost of ownership, now with flow rates up to 1,600 m3/h

Features

All filters are available with the following filtration grades:
  • PF: Interception type filters suitable for solid and oil particles up to 0,1 micron and 0,1 mg/m³
  • HF: Interception type filters suitable for solid and oil particles up to 0,01 micron and 0,01 mg/m³
  • QF: Pre-filter suitable for the removal of solid particles down to 1 micron including liquids, emulsions and oil particles
  • *CF: There are treatments in industrial plants which in addition to oil free air, require the elimination of oil vapors and odor

 

*CF filters are only available on HDP series because the material of which the filter elements are made does not withstand high temperatures.
