HSE4 Hydrogen Compressors

The HSE4 series is a powerhouse in Ingersoll Rand’s hydrogen compressor range, boasting a 620 kW rating for high-volume hydrogen compression. It effectively processes up to 3,500 m³/hr at atmospheric inlet pressure and can increase to 12,000 Nm³/hr with boosted inlets from various electrolyser types or SMR sources. Suited for large-scale electrolyser installations over 10 MW, the HSE4 is suitable for pipeline, chemical, and industrial uses. Its horizontal, four-cylinder layout ensures steady operation, while double-acting cylinders in each stage maximize flow rate.
