PET Bottle Blowing / Beverage Packaging

PET preforms are stretch-molded under a high-pressure airflow of 35–40 bar. Pressure fluctuations exceeding ±0.5 bar directly result in uneven bottle wall thickness, reduced transparency, and an increased risk of bottle rupture. High-speed bottle blowing machines (producing over 20,000 bottles per hour) require a continuous, stable, and pulse-free supply of high-pressure air.

Pressure Testing / Hydrostatic Testing

Hydrostatic and pneumatic verification testing for pipelines, pressure vessels, valves, and aerospace components. The test pressure is typically 1.5 times the working pressure, requiring precise pressure holding and the recording of pressure decay curves. The gas source must be pulse-free, pressure readings must remain stable, and no extraneous leakage noise may be introduced to interfere with the measurement data.

Mining / Rock Drilling

Pneumatic rock drills, down-the-hole (DTH) hammers, and rock bolting rigs serve as the workhorse equipment in mining operations, typically operating within a pressure range of 20–35 bar. High-pressure screw compressors are capable of supplying the ample volume of high-pressure air required to power large-scale DTH hammers; furthermore, compared to diesel-driven mobile units, stationary screw compressors offer operating costs that are more than 40% lower.

Chemical / Petrochemical Processes

Chemical reactors—specifically their pressurization, gas-phase conveying, catalyst bed purging, and seal gas systems—all rely on a high-pressure source of clean gas. Chemical environments impose extremely stringent requirements on both gas purity and the continuity of supply; a system shutdown translates directly into a complete interruption of the entire production line, resulting in losses measured in hours.
